I had a magical experience with Evelyn’s newborn studio photography!
Since ancient times, women with red hair have been considered to be magicians and people have seen them as cursed.
According to statistics, about 2% of the population on Earth are redheads. The largest percentage is in Scotland and Norway. You can rarely see redheads and that is the reason why those people start feeling different since their childhood.
I personally think that difference gives identity in each one of us and we should be proud of it. I was very delighted with the fact that Evelyn’s parents chose me to shoot her newborn studio photography.
Although Evelyn slept peacefully almost through the entire newborn studio photo shoot, she charged me with great positive energy as well as her parents. They could not hide their enthusiasm for her first professional studio photo session.
Over the years I have gained experience with capturing many babies in photo sessions but meeting Evelyn was one of the most memorable.
For her newborn studio photography, I used soft colors in pink and green range that really suits her. Various accessories in pale pink and lovely headbands. I captured Evelyn with lavender headband and gentle beige one but when I put the green headband on Evelyn’s head, I couldn’t take my eyes off her! She was incredibly charming, green color suits her like no other baby.
I’m looking forward to see Evelyn and her parents in some of my family photo sessions and I am happy that I was a part of capturing this special moment for the whole family.
