Newborn Sweetheart Felix – 3 Weeks Old

The privilege of being a newborn photographer is that I meet interesting people, hear their stories and experiences. Every meeting with a client is exciting, interesting and enriching. I like to listen to people’s stories so I get to know them better and sometimes we even become friends.

Today I’m going to tell you about the incredible newborn, Felix. He’s only 3 weeks old, and he’s already wonderful. His family has an inspiring story. They own a ski cottage in Japan, therefore Felix was born there. But only being born in Japan doesn’t give you authority to be their citizen. Japan attributes citizenship by blood and not by location of birth. Nevertheless this does not stop him from staying there half a part of the year. They live half year in Sydney and half year in Japan. Isn’t it thrilling?

The photo shoot of newborn Felix went smoothly and enjoyable. Lovely newborn was extremely calm and allowed me to take some really nice shots of him. I was able to photograph several close-ups, as the newborn was sunk in a sweet and deep sleep.

In addition I suggested some of the accessories that my studio owns. He looks so cute with bunny ears! With the rest of the accessories I tried to create a cozy atmosphere – using pastel and warm colors.  In conclusion I took some black-and-white shots of Felix. I had a hard time choosing which ones I love more!
